HCS Gives Back Recipient 2023

Each year, Honeycomb Strategies chooses an organization to support by donating a portion of its annual profits. In 2022, we supported Everytown For Gun Safety, and this year we have chosen to support The Regenerative Agriculture Foundation.

mission

The mission of the Regenerative Agriculture Foundation is to foster the economic, policy, and knowledge conditions that support land stewardship, provide climate solutions, protect freshwater and oceans, advance racial equity and a just economy, support thriving rural communities, and sustain diverse human and ecological life.

Our employees overwhelming supported this organization as our next beneficiary because it spoke to a necessary shift in the economic systems that surround sustainability. We have repeatedly seen that the one-time-use marketplace doesn’t serve our habits, our planet, or our budgets. Regenerative agriculture, once seen as a return to our roots, can also be seen as a step toward a new circularity that helps everyone thrive.

Furthermore, we are excited that the Regenerative Agriculture Foundation supports smaller organizations and individual farmers, especially indigenous land owners and people of color working in agriculture, to generate power and security through their industry.

We’re lucky to do the work that we do, and we’re inspired to go beyond our contract scopes to continue to give back in meaningful ways.
